By accessing or using MedSpaROI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Nature of the Service
MedSpaROI provides business and financial analysis tools for med spa operators. The Service does not provide medical, legal, tax, regulatory, clinical, or compliance advice. All outputs are estimates based on the data you provide.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
Single ROI Reports are sold for $49.99 each. The Pro subscription is $199.99/month and renews automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
5. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the Service, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law. Contact us if you believe an error has occurred.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes from following any recommendations.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedSpaROI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
